NorroenDyrd to post 8 facts about my canon Inquisitor, Tighe Lavellan.
I'm not going to post the rules and stuff, because I'm being a rebel and not tagging anybody, but I love talking about my cinnamon roll son.
1) Tighe is left-handed. I decided/established that before Trespasser came out, and spent the entirety of the DLC apologizing to him for making that call.
2) He has a very low pain threshold and is something of a baby about pain. He gets snappish and irritable and is not at all shy about letting you know that
this hurtss. Again, a pre-established fact I spent a lot of Trespasser apologizing for.
3) He had two sisters, both younger. Lira, the youngest, is still alive, but Senni was killed when Clan Lavellan was scattered and killed by the "bandits" near Wycome(I picked the wrong advisor for the war table mission).
4) He's always been extremely curious about other cultures; what they believe, day-to-day activities/rituals, languages, history, religion, worldview, all of it. So he jumps at the opportunity to go to the Conclave and see all the different people. Even if it is mostly going to be humans, they're from different social classes and countries, so they won't all be the same.
5) He's a pretty decent artist. Not amazing, like some of the tattoo artists in his clan, but like sketching and stuff, he's pretty good. When he really wants to impress someone
(*cough* Cassandra), he'll use an ice spell to "draw" on any surface that'll hold it for more than two seconds.
6) He's such a goofball on the surface that it surprises people when he offers serious and well-thought out theories or plans. He
is a goofball, he's just also very smart, and very kind, and very aware on the responsibility resting on him. He lets the goofball be the side of him that everyone sees because it's easy to get them to see him as a
person rather than just
The Inquisitor. If he jokes around, lets Varric clean him out at Wicked Grace, plays pranks with Sera, and keeps that side of himself alive and well, the sacrifices he has to make as Inquisitor sting just a little bit less. And his people know it hurts him when he has to make a hard call.
7) He hates wearing shoes. HATES IT. First opportunity he got to wear the Keeper robes and not have boots, he took it. (He then spent basically the entire time they were in the Frostback Basin swamps trying to beg a piggyback ride out of Cassandra, because there are spiky plants there and they hurt his feet. xDDD)
8) He falls head over heels in love with Cassandra pretty much at the words "Tell me why we shouldn't kill you now". He loves her passion, her drive, her heart. All but follows her around Haven making heart eyes at her until someone points out he has things he needs to get done(And I mean in the lovestruck puppy way). And the more he talks to her, the farther he falls. It's a serious problem well before they set up at Skyhold.
